[Maine-birds] Cooper's, Sharp Shin (?), and ??

A Cooper's Hawk had something in its possession when a pair of Sharp Shin (?) swooped in to try to get it.

We went to look at what was left and found the feathers shown in photo #2.  

Anyone know what it is/was?
