Returning from a visit to the vet after last night's dog-raccoon encounter, stopped by the west shore of Annabessacook Lake, Monmouth and heard two male Yellow-throated Vireos singing, one on the east side, another further off on the west side. I recorded the east side bird who came to the road. This is on Annabessacook Road where there is a stop sign and a one lane bridge, deform map 12, dead center. This species has been regular here since the 1970s.
Also Warbling V., Veery, etc...
