Hi all,
My other sightings of note over the past seven days also included:
- 1 Pine Warbler, 1 Winter Wren, 1 Gray Catbird, 1 pair Carolina Wrens, and 1 Common Buckeye, Peak's Island, 10/22 (with Marion Sprague).
- 1 Winter Wren, Papermill Trail, Lisbon, 10/23 (with Jeannette).
- 1 NORTHERN PARULA and 1 "Ipswich" Savannah Sparrow, Kettle Cove, Cape Elizabeth, 10/26.
- 1 out-of-place Red-throated Loon, 2 Ruddy Ducks, 2 American Wigeon, 1 Pied-billed Grebe, 1 Greater Scaup, etc, Grondin Pond, Scarborough, 10/26.
- 1 juv. AMERICAN GOLDEN-PLOVER, 1 WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER, 1 Semipalmated Plover, 2 Greater Yellowlegs, 4 Ruddy Turnstones, 9 Sanderlings, and 96 Black-bellied Plovers, Pine Point co-op, 10/26.
- ~400 Black Scoters, ~50 Surf Scoters, ~30 White-winged Scoters, 8 Red-necked Grebes, 8 Long-tailed Ducks, 10 Horned Grebes, 5 Red-throated Loons, etc, Pine Point Beach, Scarborough, 10/26.
Goose Fields Update:
- My high count for Canada Geese was down to 764 on 10/24 (with Jeannette), with nothing out of the ordinary once again.
