Today I birded a similar coastal route as yesterday. Here are some highlights:
...1 AMERICAN COOT on Etherington Pond, Fortunes Rocks Rd.
...1 INDIGO BUNTING at corner of Thorndike Ave. & Fortunes Rocks Rd.
...36 RED-BREASTED MERGANSERS, ~145 BLACK-BELLIED PLOVERS, 21 RED
KNOTS, ~150 DUNLIN, 3 distant DOWITCHERS, and 1 late COMMON TERN at
the Basket Island Causeway, Hills Beach
