[Maine-birds] Abagadassett Tide

Can any one give me a time this weekend that would be good to hit the Abbie to check out ducks. I have been there before but have badly mistimed the tide, either too low or too high. High tide at bath I think is around 10 and low around 4. Please reply off list. Thanks. Leon
