[Maine-birds] Can You ID this bird Description?

My aunt sent this bird description. She's in Fairfax Virginia. Any ideas?

"Black back, white front, the white goes all the way around the tail area like a tiny white stripe, tail is fairly long

Larger than a Junco (which I thought it was because of the coloring), but smaller than a robin, more like a finch size

Has a seed eater bill, not a bug eater, and the bill is white against the black head

As for the white underside, the black goes  down mid-chest and then the white starts"
