TUFTED PUFFIN resighted and photographed 06:30 Atlantic this morning.
Pics are terrible but bird can be identified. Good views with binoculars.
The bird was on the water in same location as originaly spotted.
Lost track of it amid the large milling flocks of other seabirds.
I don't know if it flew or just became lost in the crowd.
