[Maine-birds] Coots, hummer, and shrooms

48 coots were at the southern end of Chickawaukie Pond, Rockland, this morning.
a young (?) male Ruby throated Hummingbird arrived at our feeder at 2:25, and has visited periodically since then.
After a 17-month wait, our shiitake mushrooms have blossomed out with a vengeance.
