[Maine-birds] NO Townsends Solitaire- Viles Arboretum, Augusta

I have been at the arboretum for about 1.5 hours and met up with 3 other birders who had been here since about 8:30. No sightings yet and for some reason the Piggery Road gates are locked so one needs to park at the DMV parking lot and walk .25 miles down to where the bird was last seen last night (by the ponds and across from the two small red concession stands on the left side of the road.)

I walked the entire length of Piggery Rd approx 1 mile and also around Viles Pond and trails around fields by visitor center.

Very quiet, no robins at all, but a flock of 35 snow buntings in the turn around area at the eastern end of Piggery Road.
