Re: [Maine-birds] Cave Swallow at Eastern Point, Biddeford 11:20 am

As pointed out to us by a couple other birders, we are looking at the cave swallow at Biddeford Pool right now. Unfortunately our camera battery died. Will try to get phone pictures.

I believe I just had a Cave Swallow along Great Hill Rd in Kennebunk.  A large dark- backed swallow with pale buff belly and just a hint of yellow-orange in the throat area when the light was right.  It was flying low along the rocky beach where there were lots of insects in the wrack line and then out over the estuary and marsh.  It was there from about 10:30 to 11:30.  Unfortunately, I could not get a decent photo.
