[Maine-birds] Recommendations for best spots in SW Texas or Arizona in February

Hey Maine Birders

My wife and I are thinking of a mini vacation and some birding in Feb next year.

Does anyone on the list have any places to recommend staying/birding in Arizona or SW Texas around that time?
