...Northern Harrier (juvenile) and Yellow-rumped Warblers (4) at Wells
Harbor Community Park

1/15 (Friday)
...Snow Bunting and Savannah Sparrow at south end of Goose Rocks
Beach, Kennebunkport
...Purple Sandpipers (25), Great Cormorant (2), and Red-throated Loon
at Sandy Cove off Ocean Ave., K'port
...Fresh tracks of Ruffed Grouse on Learning Trail at Emmons Preserve, K'port
...Swamp Sparrows (2), Song Sparrows (12), American Tree Sparrows (2),
and Bald Eagle at Sanford Lagoons

1/17 (Sunday) Cumberland and York County
...Iceland Gulls (1-adult; 1-1st-cycle) at Mill Creek Hannaford, South Portland
...Peregrine Falcon pair under Casco Bay bridge seen from Thomas
Knight Park, S. Portland
...Northern Pintail (pair) and Green-winged Teal (drake) behind Bay
Harbor Car Wash on Broadway in S. Portland
...Ring-necked Ducks (2), Lesser Scaup, and Wood Duck at Grondin Pond
in Scarborough
...Western Tanager continuing along Saco Riverwalk (parking on Front St., Saco)

1/18 (Monday) Hancock and Knox County
...continuing Black-throated Sparrow at 13 Barnacle Lane in Winter Harbor
...continuing American Wigeon at Camden Harbor
...in the morning and afternoon, I briefly looked for the
Yellow-breasted Chat on Samoset Rd. in Rockland and the Black-headed
Gull recently seen in Rockland Harbor and Owls Head Harbor and found
neither
...however, the continuing MEW GULL was present during my afternoon
check of the Owls Head Harbor lobster pens
