[Maine-birds] Pileated behaviors

For over a week now in Holden we have had a pair of Pileated Woodpeckers in the yard.  No surprise there.  They come morning and evening, with raucous calls and are feasting on ripen choke cherries.  Some visits have included face off displays of head bobbing and wing raising, showing the bright white undersides of the wings.
