[Maine-birds] Burrowing Owl, Dyer Point

Around noon time today, was at the end of the point(from a distance I thought it was a thick stick wedged between some rocks), walked out towards the end and it flew right by me from 4 feet away and went over the rocks in the direction of the lighthouse, I spent 30 minutes trying to relocate, but no luck, no photo either, just putting the word out if anyone is in the area
