[Maine-birds] FW: eBird Report - Totman Cove, Phippsburg, Oct 10, 2012

Phippburg, Maine Map 6 Totman Cove

Enormous numbers of Pine siskins 80-100 or more birds. I made a few shabby video clips (I need some Chuck Holmer instruction!) to give a feeling of the birds. I could not get the effect with still photo shots. Even in the videos, each clip only represents about a third of the birds at any one time. Pretty cool too that the videos can go on eBird!
