Re: [Maine-birds] Buffleheads

15 Buffleheads on North Pond in Smithfield Wednesday was a high number
for this inland location and was my first record this fall. On the same
day in the same location were 5 Ruddy Ducks, one of my very few records
for Somerset County. Neither species were in evidence yesterday or
today, in spite of excellent viewing conditions.
