Comments: Basketball season takes you to some excellent birding locations like today to beautiful Hampden, Maine. After exiting 395 and Rt one the whole family saw a Northern Mockingbird mixing it up with several other species at the China Works on 1A.

Portland - Had a Mocking Bird on our holly bush late afternoon ( Sat) making an unusual chirping noise. The mocking bird has been around all winter - is that common for them to over winter?
