[Maine-birds] SS Hawk; Northern Pintail and hybrids

I posted pictures on Flicker of a SS Hawk consuming a C Redpoll on top of one of my feeders.  Also the Northern Pintail (male) was in the group of Mallard/ Blacks & Hybrids at my feeders today.  Inc a picture of interesting hybrid and one of Bald Eagles on Hill Rd today.

Bird population down as hawks have really successfully catching them.  Just the regulars except for the male pintai  couldn't locate the female in group.l

I think this is the link.    http://m.flickr.com/#/photos/40551300@N03/
