On a lunchtime walk at the Wells Reserve (aka Laudholm Farm), I saw zero warblers and no "fresh" migrants. Towhees were plentiful.
On the other hand, a male bobolink sat in a tree beside the farmhouse at 9am and a willet could be heard calling from the marsh at the end of the day. Both first-of-year encounters.Maine birds mailing list
