[Maine-birds] FOY Chipping Sparrow

Mixed in with a flock of Juncos on the UNE campus in Biddeford this
morning was a breeding plumage Chipping Sparrow, my first of the year.
It seemed to be drooping one wing, but it could still fly well enough
to keep up with the flock. I'm not sure if it's an early arrival or a
lingering winter bird.
