The gravel lot next to Bailey's real estate office is closer and provides good views of the small island Rob is talking about. He's right. I put a map up showing the two viewing locations and where on the island this bird has been seen most often. Remember that the Bailey's lot is for their business.

Hi Bill,  can be viewed from the parking lot at the Pine Point coop, but a better place is the administrative offices for Baileys which is just before you get to the coop near their Lobster takeout restaurant. Look straight up the creek away from the coop where there  is a small island the bird comes out on the left hand point and best time tomorrow would probably be around 11:20 to 11:45 Rob
