Re: [Maine-birds] Dunlins at Marlboro Beach; N. Goshawk at Lamoine Beach today

Marlboro Beach is almost always a sure thing for Horned Lark, this time of year. Way to go!

Hi all -- hasty note from one segment of today's Hog Bay CBC in the Ellsworth area. Jim Perkins and I had one N. Goshawk fly low overhead at Lamoine Beach after we were alerted by a kerfuffle from the shoreline full of crows and gulls.

Soon after, we found 6 Dunlin and 2 Horned Lark at Marlboro Beach. Good birds to end the year on!

Cheers,
