Had first of year singing Brown Thrasher near the end of Charles Jordan Road in Cape Elizabeth yesterday late afternoon .Singing up a storm atop a budding maple, against a deep blue sky. Maybe I should think about getting a camera. Nah...
Also great looks at a low (and calling) Great Crested Flycatcher and a
magnificent displaying turkey in the meadow across from the restored house.
Amazingly, no warblers.
