[Maine-birds] Wilson's Warblers, White-crowned Sparrow, Baltimore Oriole and Bobolinks

We saw two female Wilson's Warblers, a White-crowned Sparrow, a FOY Baltimore Oriole and a Bobolink in the mixed forest edge near the helicopter landing site at the Schoodic Education and Research Institute today.  Two Eastern Kingbirds, a large mixed flock of warblers and lots of Savannah Sparrows were there also.  We tallied 12 warbler species on the Schoodic today despite fog and rain.  Also, there seemed to be a goodly number of loons flying overhead, heading north this morning.  They were flying low so it was easier to see them in the fog.

Large flocks of Black Scoters hanging around the Schoodic shores as well.
