[Maine-birds] Beech Hill, Rockport--nighthawk

Finally saw my first migrating nighthawk late yesterday afternoon up
on Beech Hill in Rockport, while working a Coastal Mountains Land
Trust event there. After dark also flushed something from the field
that looked in silhouette like a woodcock. And after sunset, heard a
pack of coyotes singing in the woods below (incited by a police
siren). A beautiful evening to be up there!
