Re: [Maine-birds] Fryeburg birding advice...

We saw the Bittern in the river that runs along Harbor Rd. You can see
this easily from the car, but we got out and walked along the road to
get a closer look. There is a barn with large silos on the opposite
side of the road a little further east. The Crane has been seen in the
fields across the road from this barn. You may want your scope to look
for it. We did not see it the day we were there.
