[Maine-birds] Tagged Ring-billed Gull

There is a tagged Ring-billed Gull at the Walmart parking lot on Myrick St. in Ellsworth. Orange wing tags on both wings with number 669. A metallic red (looks like anodized aluminum) band on left leg; no number visible even though viewed from 8 ft. with binoculars.
