[Maine-birds] Whimbrels in Cutler

Hi folks,

 
This is a few days late as I have been out of town.
 
I was working in Cutler and had 25+ whimbrels foraging in a 200 acre area of grasslands.  These were birds associated with Little Machias Bay.  It was interesting in that there are not many blueberries and black crowberries (I call them Whimbrelberries in this area.  They were in scattered small groups.
