[Maine-birds] RFI: Midcoast birding

Hi all,

I'll be spending the Thanksgiving holiday with a friend in Brunswick, and I'm hoping to have at least one full day bird in the general area. Although I've been an avid birder for a few years, I'm from out West and this will be my first time on the Atlantic Coast, so there are a number of potential lifers I might see. I'm most interested in seabirds and waterfowl, and I was wondering if anybody could suggest a few good places to bird/seawatch within an hour or two of Brunswick. A list of targets includes:

Common Eider
King Eider
Brant
Black Guillemot
Razorbill
Thick-billed Murre
Dovekie
Great Cormorant
Northern Gannett
Purple Sandpiper
Ruddy Turnstone
Black-legged Kittiwake
Iceland Gull

Any tips, either for these species in particular or for good spots to bird in general, would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, and good birding.
