Re: [Maine-birds] Townsends Solitaire

We got to Florida Lake around 2pm yesterday, and were lucky to spot the bird right away. It stayed around for at least half an hour, and allowed for some great looks and some ok pics (can be seen here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/travelingpigeon/sets/72157649131195188/). It had a very predictable behavior - moving from a couple of perches on a pine tree, where it would stay for a few minutes, to the berry bushes to pick one (and just one) berry, and back.
