A gentleman from Finntown Road in Waldoboro phoned to report a dead saw-whet in his garage today. The bird is apparently in a good and undamaged condition. Is there anyone from IF&W or other organization with a permit that would like the bird for educational purposes? If so, contact me and I'll provide the phone number of the home owner. Thanks.
