So my sister was watching the feeders as we were in Washington last week, and the last official sighting of the common redpolls at my feeders was on Thursday. We arrived home late last night and this morning was happy to find they were replaced by a pair of yellow-rumpled warblers and 3 pairs of purple finches as FOY's.
Time to check the surrounding woods for other new things.
