FOY 8 snowy egrets landed at Tidewater Farm in Falmouth today at 1 pm. They are feeding in the marsh.

Not uncommon, but a first actual yard sighting of a gorgeous male towhee right below my window this morning. I have heard them in past years, I think.

At my feeders this afternoon, four Indigo Buntings (two brilliant blue males and two brown females) and a female Rose-breasted Grosbeak! Even in the cold foggy rain, birds are arriving!

Last night a bear took our feeder pole down and sat down with the feeder.
This happens every 2 yrs or so. We watched him (with flashlights) for 15
