[Maine-birds] FOY EAKI & LEFL; AMGO carrying nesting material

I hope everyone had a good eBird Global Big Day.  Here at Unity Pond in Unity this evening, I found my FOY Eastern Kingbird and Least Flycatcher.  Also notable were about 16 Palm Warblers, which were feasting on insects to prepare for tonight's flight, and a female American Goldfinch gathering cattail fluff for nesting material.  Now is a good time to go out and report sightings to the Maine Bird Atlas, as long as the behavior is within the safe dates.

Keep an eye out for new migrants in the next couple of days.
Good birding,

Cole Tiemann
