[Maine-birds] Free stuff and Cherryfield feeder birds

Wife and I have 2 binocular harnesses we don't need; Nikon brand (though all brands seem to be the same) and barely used. I'm happy to send them to anyone who can use them; please let me know off-list.

In birding news, we have consistent RB Grosbeaks, Purple Finches (In small numbers), hummers, and of course Goldfinches. Hairy and Downy Woodpeckers have slowed lately. Occasionally a Pine Siskin. We've had 2-3 Chickadees all summer, down from a previous average of many every day; I wonder if ice-coated seeds in the spring starved or displaced most of them around Cherryfield.
