[Maine-birds] Re: Sandhill Cranes in Smithfield

There were 21 Sandhills in the field 1/2 m from the Smithfield town center (RT 8), on the right headed to Norridgewock, and the additional group  of 12 was still there on the left after the cow farm right behind Mindy's Precision Hair Cutting today at 3:40.

31 Cranes on the flats in Smithfield on RT 8! They're in the field on the left hand side coming from Norridgewock towards Smithfield. They are all bunched up in a group and there is a bald eagle sitting in the tree above them.
