I have a few (2 or 3) bald (for the lack of a better word) Blue Jays hanging around my home. I left some peanuts on my deck to get a photo this AM. Looks like they may have pinfeathers, but they don't look healthy. All of their body feathers and wing feathers look fine. Any ideas? Anything I can do to help them if they have an ailment?
