[Maine-birds] "Eurasian" Green-winged Teal, etc, Mouth of the Abby, Bowdoinham, 3/24

Hi all,
Doug Hitchcox and I birded the mouth of the Abagadasset River in Bowdoinham this morning.  A growing - finally! -  number of waterfowl included the continuing "EURASIAN" GREEN-WINGED or "COMMON TEAL."

The rest of the tally, not including Brown's Point or other nearby environs, included:

153 Canada Geese
52 Green-winged Teal
47 Mallards
40 Common Mergansers
35 Wood Ducks (a nice total)
6 Hooded Mergansers
3 Northern Pintails
3 Common Goldeneyes
3 Bald Eagles
2 American Wigeon
2 Buffleheads
1 Killdeer
