Weather:
The first half of the day experienced a moderate NE wind, with increasing
cloud cover.  Winds lightened up and shifted more to the east in the
afternoon.  Temperatures were above freezing, but did not climb higher than
3C.

Raptor Observations:
A better flight occurred today than expected, given the wind forecast.
Turkey Vultures ruled the day.  An adult Red-shouldered Hawk put on a bit
of a display over Little Bradbury Mountain.  We will watch this bird to see
if it sticks around.

Non-raptor Observations:
Not much was moving today.  Other birds deemed migrating included:
9 Canada Geese
5 Killdeer
3 Mallards

Predictions:
This northerly flow continues with winds shifting to the NNW, and becoming
stronger at 10-20 mph.  Temperatures will be moderate in the mid-40s, with
partly sunny skies.  Perhaps there are a few birds remaining to come
through until the big snowstorm to our south clears out.
