There were ~200 red-necked phalaropes feeding in the tide streaks along a two mile stretch of Cobscook Bay near Eastport this afternoon. I crossed over into New Brunswick and worked my way through Head Harbor Passage where I found more RNPH and a little gull feeding with Bonaparte's gulls. Here are a couple of photos:
