Snowy Owl sighted yesterday, 24 Dec 2013, at 11:14 AM in Biddeford Pool. Owl flew past my car at eye level and landed on a nearby chimney. Stayed there for a few minutes then flew off to hunt low over Biddeford Pool. Returned to the chimney after several minutes without catching anything. Was still sitting on chimney, surveying the area, and pruning feathers until I left a half hour later.
