[Maine-birds] MACHIAS SEAL ISLAND REPORT

There have been some modest drop-outs here on Machias Seal Island over the past nights of thick weather.

Last night (Sunday/Monday) brought us a good mix of warblers and their allies.

I identified these 21 species coming and going on or near our front doorstep.

NORTHERN PARULA;
OVENBIRD;
NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH;
BAY BREASTED WARBLER;
BLACK & WHITE WARBLER;
BLACKBURIAN WARBLER;
BLACKPOLL WARBLER;
BLACK THROATED BLUE WARBLER;
BLACK THROATED GREEN WARBLER;
CANADA WARBLER;
CAPE MAY WARBLER;
CHESTNUT SIDED WARBLER;
COMMON YELLOWTHROAT;
MAGNOLIA WARBLER;
NASVILLE WARBLER;
ORANGE CROWNED WARBLER;
PROTHONOTARY WARBLER;
WILSON'S WARBLER;
YELLOW WARBLER;
YELLOW RUMPED WARBLER;
