Two or three insistent, single but intermittent (if you will), squawks from the top of a tree behind the Dunkin' Donuts on Route 1 in downtown Kennebunk this morning alerted me to the presence of a Fish Crow. I suspect he/she had a few homies with him -- there were two or three other smallish-looking corvids flying around in the area but I didn't get good looks at them, and they weren't talking.
