[Maine-birds] Hawk

A friend was bird watching on Long Island, Casco Bay, and saw a Red Tail ? but also
heard a bell tinkling.On closer look, She saw the bell was attached to the Hawks leg.
Using the internet,she located a falconer in Buxton who was missing a hawk.
He came out to the Island and retrieved his bird. Big doings on Long Island
