[Maine-birds] This Week's Highlights, 11/30-12/6.

Hi all,

My observations of note over the past seven days included the following:

- 50 Horned Larks and 18 Snow Buntings, Mayall Road, Gray/New Gloucester, 11/30 (with Saturday Morning Birdwalk group).

- 1 BLUE-HEADED VIREO, 1 RED CROSSBILL, 1 Hermit Thrush, etc, Bailey Island, Harpswell, 12/1.

- 1 Hermit Thrush, Florida Lake Park, Freeport, 12/3.

- 1 1st winter Iceland Gull (FOS), Bath Landfill, 12/5.

- 1 Savannah Sparrow, Porter's Landing, Freeport, 12/6.

- 600-800 Scaup, with a surprisingly large percentage of Lesser, Mere Point Boat Launch, Brunswick, 12/6.
