Yellow-breasted Chat seen yesterday by Bill Bunn is being seen this morning (11:30) at the same spot behind the closed-off parking lot between the playground and the Railway at Portland East End.. Seems to prefer the area near a picnic table and just beyond though it has been moving at least a few hundred feet or more.
