[Maine-birds] 120 Nighthawks in Norridgewock

David Ladd just called to say he saw a flock of 100+ Common Nighthawks over a field in Norridgewock, field of dreams I guess.

He saw another group of 15 - 20 just a mile away.  Those are bigger numbers than I've seen or heard reported in recent years.

I hope birders who see 10 or more nighthawks will report them - it appears to be a species in real decline.

Heartening to get David's report - sorry not to be with him.
