[Maine-birds] This Week's Highlights, 6/2-8

Observations of note, not previously reported here, from me in the past seven days were as follows:

 

- 42 White-rumped Sandpipers, Biddeford Pool Beach, 6/3.

- 4 Long-tailed Ducks, Biddeford Pool Beach, 6/3.

- 1 TRICOLORED HERON, Eastern Road Trail, Scarborough Marsh 6/3 and 6/4 (with Cameron Cox).

- 1 WILSON'S PHALAROPE, Eastern Road Trail, 6/3.

- 1 continuing SUBADULT (2nd year-type) WHITE-FACED IBIS, Eastern Road Trail, Scarborough Marsh, 6/4 (with Cameron Cox) and in the same place on 6/8 (with clients).

- 15 Grasshopper Sparrows, 4 Upland Sandpipers, etc., Kennebunk Plains, 6/5 (with Jeannette).

- 1 Red-bellied Woodpecker, Kennebunk Plains, 6/5 (with Jeannette).

- 1 Orchard Oriole, Capisic Pond Park, Portland, 6/7 (with Luke Seitz).

- 1 Brant, Pine Point, Scarborough, 6/8 (with clients).
