[Maine-birds] Barrow's Goldeneye, Catbird, Pheasant, etc. Royal River, Cousin's and Little John Islands--B/F CBC

Marie Jordan, Pat Sanborn, Ann Hancock and I birded Cousin's and Little
John Islands, Bayview and the Royal River at the yacht club for the
Freeport section of the Brunswick/Freeport CBC. Highlights included:

Royal River: drake Barrow's Goldeneye, 15 Hooded and 6 Common
Mergansers, 1 Great Blue Heron

Cousin's Island: 1 RN Pheasant, 1 Gray Catbird, 1 Bald Eagle, 4 RT
Loons, 6 Bluebirds, 1 RB Woodpecker, 1 Cooper's Hawk,

Little John: 15 C. Redpolls, 7 Pine Grosbeaks, 23 Cedar Waxwings, 1
Yellow-rumped Warbler, 1 RB Woodpecker, 1 B. Creeper

Royal Point Rd.: 20 Pine Grosbeaks

Fun day until it started snowing!
