Still present at 1:50 near top of snag behind pond. Landowner NOT HAPPY. Said the bird was a "pain in the ass" and he wished it would leave. Was not happy that there were 2 vehicles parked on side of road, NOT on private property.
Please do not ask him for access to his property.
